Roles & Responsibilities
- Study tender documents drawing and specifications
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities
- Take accurate material and quantity take offs
- Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering proposals
- Coordinate with project procurement and design teams
- Identify project risks and cost impacts
- Assist in tender submissions and clarifications
- Support project teams during post-tender and handover stages
Desired Candidate Profile
- trong knowledge of estimation methods and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office AutoCAD
- Knowledge of estimation software
