Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines and to deliver profitable results.
- Lead a team of Site Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to streamline operations and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions, and enhance safety protocols.
- Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate technical meetings and discussions, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable tasks for team members.
- Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Civl Engineering or Architecture with PMP Certification.
- At least 10 years of construction related experience, 4 years in interior fitout.
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, demonstrating a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members in achieving project goals.
- A technical adeptness in the interpretation and communication of project plans and drawings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently, reflecting a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project circumstances, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments.
