Project Engineer – Fit-out Soundlines Global FZCO

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our F&B Projects team. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in managing fit-out and construction projects specifically in the Food & Beverage sector, including restaurants, cafés, kiosks, and cloud kitchens. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand and operational standards. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end execution of F&B fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision. • Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Procurement, Operations) and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, mall management, landlords). • Ensure compliance with local authority approvals (DM, DCD, DEWA, ADDC, Food Safety, etc.) and manage the permit process. • Review technical drawings, MEP plans, and layout designs for accuracy and practicality. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to timelines. • Track project progress, prepare reports, and raise issues or delays to the management team. • Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and workmanship meet company and brand standards. • Ensure all documentation related to the project is maintained and submitted upon project closure (handover reports, warranties, approvals, as-builts). • Coordinate handover to the operations team, including final snagging and post-completion follow-up.
