Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for large-scale civil construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage all phases of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure coordination between all project stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Implement risk management practices and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory requirements and safety standards on site.
  • Deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 20-25 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 8–10 years in a leadership role within the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus
