Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive contract strategies to minimize risks and maximize project success.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations of contract terms to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and clients, facilitating clear communication regarding contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential issues early to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of contracts and changes for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Experience with Facade Industry

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within construction, engineering, or IT sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or similar are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, demonstrating a track record of favorable contract outcomes.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.
