Roles & Responsibilities
The Digital Learning Project Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital learning projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing e-learning projects. The role need to have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Desired Candidate Profile
Account & Project Management • Oversee end-to-end project management of digital learning initiatives, including e-learning courses, virtual training, and blended learning programs. • Manage projects through all the project stages – Planning, Execution, Tracking, Reporting and closing. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery. • Report on project status and flag delays in advance to management • Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects • Vendor Management for Digital Learning project related outsourcing • Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. • Track and report project milestones and deliverables to stakeholders. • Manage effective project communication and project deliveries • Co-Ordinate with internal teams to ensure projects delivered as per the set timeline • Support business development from new leads and existing accounts. • Perform the role of Digital Learning SME and support business development team. • Manage customer projects and new requirements effectively Secondary Responsibilities Business Development • Support in creating business development strategy and business development from new leads by providing effective product / solution presentation, proposal preparation and follow-ups. • Generate leads / support lead generation through social media and SEO. Content Development • Work with customer subject matter experts to identify learning and instructional goal • Suggest learning solutions based on client needs
