Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PMO Planning) acts as the central coordinator between Jet Aviation and the customer for several maintenance projects. The role ensures seamless execution of base, line, and unscheduled maintenance events, with a focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, schedule adherence, and financial control. The incumbent provides proactive oversight from induction to aircraft delivery, driving collaboration between engineering, production, materials, and billing teams. The position shall have direct reports such as PMO planners, planning support staff etc.
Main Responsibilities
- The Project Manager (PMO Planning) acts as the central coordinator between Jet Aviation and the customer for several maintenance projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Aeronautical, Aviation Maintenance.
- Minimum 10 years experience in MRO project management or technical administration, ideally within a Business and General Aviation Part-145 environment.
- In-depth knowledge of business aviation platforms (Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault) preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP/MRO software (SAP, AMOS, CMP, CAMP, Corridor) and strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent English communication and report writing skills.
