Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive structured delivery and measurable outcomes for cross-functional, mission-critical programs across Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a prioritized program portfolio and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Establish program governance frameworks — including charters, steering committees, milestone gates, and decision protocols.
  • Define success criteria, ownership, and KPIs, ensuring consistent benefit realization and business impact.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations through robust change-control and issue management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Create and maintain program documentation — charters, playbooks, milestone trackers, and executive dashboards.
  • Lead weekly/monthly performance reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Partner with Product & Tech to refine handoffs, deployment processes, and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and transparent communication across program teams.
  • Mentor and coordinate external contractors or program resources when engaged for critical initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing learnings and integrating them into future frameworks.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements to improve speed and quality of delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with specialization in Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management (preferred).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master are an added advantage.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or project management within tech-enabled, mobility, logistics, or marketplace businesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from planning through to execution.
  • Prior exposure to UAE or GCC markets and regulatory environments preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong stakeholder management, structured communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills; ability to prepare concise executive briefs and dashboards.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
