Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processing

  • Handle visa/work permit applications for Europe/Schengen

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with current immigration guidelines

  • Complete, review, and submit legal paperwork and immigration forms

  • Guide clients throughout the entire immigration process

  • Track application progress and maintain detailed case records

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high professional standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration case processing

  • Strong knowledge of immigration systems and policies across relevant countries

  • Ability to manage full-cycle immigration cases independently

  • Excellent communication and client handling skills

  • Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
