Job Title: Product Manager – Vibration Isolators & Seismic Supports

Location: UAE (with regional travel across GCC and beyond)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the promotion and expansion of our Vibration Isolators and Seismic Support Systems portfolio. This role will focus on growing our business across the GCC and international markets, developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders, and driving product awareness and specifications in key projects.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development:

    • Promote Vibration Isolators and Seismic Support Systems to consultants, contractors, and developers across GCC and other regions.
    • Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors or agents in untapped markets.
    • Develop market entry strategies for emerging regions and build long-term channel partnerships.
    • Work with Sales managers and regional heads to take reports of projects they are working on, specify and make sure Vibration isolators are in the project.

Project Engagement:

    • Visit project sites to provide technical support, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Ensure Hira products are specified and approved in major HVAC, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
    • Work closely with project engineers and consultants to understand design challenges and recommend tailored vibration isolation solutions.

Marketing & Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
    • Support product marketing, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
    • Provide inputs for new product development or enhancement based on customer and project feedback.

Technical & Training Support:

    • Conduct training sessions and seminars for distributors and internal sales teams.
    • Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents as per project requirements.
    • Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to improve product performance and competitiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or building materials industry.
  • Proven experience in vibration isolation systems, seismic supports, or related mechanical products preferred.
  • Strong network of consultants, MEP contractors, and distributors across the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across GCC, Middle East, and other international markets.
