Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Product Registration & Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end product registrations and regulatory approvals for imported goods. The role requires hands-on ownership of registrations, accurate classification, and coordination with UAE regulatory authorities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Handle product registration and approvals for imported goods
- Manage Montaji registrations, updates, and renewals
- Classify products accurately using HS Codes and ensure regulatory alignment
- Coordinate FTA requirements, including excise-related documentation where applicable
- Ensure compliance with excise tax regulations for applicable products
- Liaise with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders to resolve registration issues
- Track pending registrations and ensure timely closures to avoid business impact
- Maintain proper regulatory documentation and audit-ready records
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in product registration and regulatory compliance
- Strong hands-on experience with Montaji system
- Practical knowledge of HS code classification
- Experience handling FTA processes and excise-linked products
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and ownership
