What You ll Do
* Define and communicate a clear product vision to stakeholders and delivery teams
* Oversee end-to-end product strategy from planning through production release
* Monitor product-specific KPIs and share regular updates with stakeholders
* Translate market insights and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
* Maintain a development backlog and plan sprints 2 4 cycles ahead
* Facilitate sprint reviews and highlight key updates and risks to leadership
* Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in government technology or digital product ownership
* Strong knowledge of data processes and analytical use cases
* Experience implementing and managing digital HR or workforce planning solutions
* Proven track record of managing backlogs and prioritizing user needs
* Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and task-tracking methodologies
* Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
