Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build products that solve customer and stakeholder problems through insights from user research and data.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with broader business objectives, defining what success looks like for each product or feature.
  • Conceptualize and launch new product features and experiments efficiently by collaborating with Operations, Technology, and Data Science teams.
  • Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment with organizational goals.
  • Draft clear and structured product requirements, including problem statements, quantifiable goals, and baseline data.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results effectively to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine strategy, set success metrics, and execute business initiatives.
  • Integrate industry trends, customer objectives, and business processes into actionable product solutions.
  • Lead critical projects based on emerging business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX Design, Technology, Business, Growth & Operations, and Marketing.
  • Develop reports and analysis to inform decision-making, highlight findings, and recommend solutions.
  • Continuously review processes, resources, and systems to optimize business performance across functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Technology (preferably Computer Science) or Master’s in Business Administration/Science from a reputed institute.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of hands-on Product Management experience (total experience not exceeding 8 years).
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong product management skills with proven ability to manage the product lifecycle end-to-end.
  • Expertise in user research to uncover customer needs and validate product ideas.
  • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills to break down complex problems and design effective solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly, highlight key insights, and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Technology, Design, Operations, and Marketing.
