Let's get in touch.What You ll Be DoingPartnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and the business problemsIdentifying key metrics for the projects and taking ownership for achieving their successResearching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new featuresDesigning products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypesRunning guerrilla and customer testing workshopsImplementing solutions with the Technical team and presenting actions during design reviewsReviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance itWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial apps in-houseA portfolio featuring examples of product design workImpressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platformsThe ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisionsThe ability to understand technical implications in their design decisionsThe ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development teamHigh UX focus and understanding of human behaviourClean visual design senseSkills in typography and gridsA love for problem-solving and to be challengedNice to haveA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical fieldExperience programming and the ability to code simple prototypesExperience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systemsExperience working in fast-paced start-up environmentBuilding a global financial super app isn t enough.
