Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for MEP materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with site/project teams.
  • Ensure timely procurement in line with project schedules for high-rise construction.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor performance data, and project-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with project management for cost control, budget alignment, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years UAE experience in MEP works for high-rise buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and MEP materials/equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP or procurement software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Immediate joiners or with notice period up to 30 days preferred.
