Job Title: Procurement CoordinatorLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 6,000 - 7,000Job Code: 279/001/053Industry: Industrial / ConstructionJob Brief:The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor negotiations to purchase order execution and supplier performance monitoring. This role ensures materials and services are sourced cost-effectively, timely, and in compliance with organizational policies to support operational and business objectives.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.Prepare and issue purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.Maintain and update supplier databases, agreements, and performance records.Resolve delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and supplier-related disputes in a timely manner.Support cost control and budget monitoring initiatives.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to align procurement activities with business goals.Assist in internal audits by maintaining complete, compliant procurement documentation.Meet suppliers regularly to review products, pricing, and terms.Job Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) mandatory.1 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.Knowledge of procurement cycle, sourcing practices, and contract management.Basic knowledge of logistics and Incoterms 2020.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to anticipate market trends.Experience in international sourcing and vendor management preferred.Familiarity with contract law and risk management is an advantage.Driving License preferred.
