1. Job Purpose
Operate process equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and industry best practices.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Production Operations
• Operate all process equipment (Drum Emptying, Sugar/Stabilizer, Water/Wastewater Plant, CIP)
• Perform line start-up/shutdown, machine cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Report breakdowns/issues promptly and hand over information at shift change
• Follow SOPs, checklists, and maintain required records
KPI: Production targets achieved, minimal downtime
B. Raw Material & Inventory Control
• Ensure accurate recording of raw material usage and dumping
• Reduce wastage and control syrup losses
• Maintain proper RM inventory and return leftovers with documents
KPI: Accurate inventory, minimal variances
C. Quality & Compliance
• Follow SOPs and escalate food safety issues immediately
• Perform online quality checks and support audits
• Report non-standard raw materials and near-expiry stock
KPI: Product meets quality standards, audit compliance
E. Reporting & Documentation
• Update all process records, logs, and inventory reports
• Support technicians and quality team during audits
KPI: Accurate and timely records
F. Work Environment
• Maintain teamwork, discipline, and respectful communication
3. Qualifications & Experience
• Technical Diploma / ITI / 10+2
• Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant operation
• English communication (read/write/speak)
