Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, managing inquiries, and representing the Principal's interests with professionalism and poise.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics, providing the Principal with essential information for decision-making.
  • Manage personal and household administrative tasks, such as bill payments, vendor coordination, and personal errands.
  • Provide discreet support for personal matters, always maintaining confidentiality and respecting the Principal's privacy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Holds certifications in secretarial studies or executive assistantship is highly advantageous.
  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
  • Possesses a high level of personal integrity, discretion, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle confidential information.
