Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own premium segment performance (sales, margins, VAS, financing adoption).
  • Lead the premium sales consultant team: deliver luxury customer experience, test drives, negotiations, deal closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Hire, train, and develop the team.
  • Coordinate token-to-delivery processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 4 years in premium dealerships (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche or similar).

Proven track record leading premium automotive sales teams.

Knowledge of UAE consumer financing processes.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; polished client-facing presence.

Preferably international background and valid UAE driving license.

Must be a Russian speaker
