Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps) and Power Pages.
  • Configure and customize Power Pages portals, including authentication, security roles, and integration with Dataverse and external systems.
  • Build automation workflows using Power Automate for business process optimization.
  • Integrate Power Apps/Pages with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
  • Develop and configure Dataverse entities, forms, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and best practices in security and governance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and provide post-deployment support for Power Platform solutions.
  • Document solution design, technical specifications, and provide training to end-users.
  • Keep up-to-date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and recommend enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–8 years of experience in application development with at least 3–4 years in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Pages (Power Apps Portals).
  • Expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Experience in JavaScript, Liquid Templates, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML for customizing Power Pages.
  • Good understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker / Developer Associate.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Functions.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification is an advantage.
