Qualifications: Post Graduate
Responsibilities:
Teach senior school students (Class 11 12) as per curriculumPrepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessmentsEvaluate and monitor student performanceGuide students in academic and co-curricular activitiesMaintain classroom discipline and recordsParticipate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings
Requirements:
Master s degree in the relevant subjectPrior teaching experience as a PGT preferredKnowledge of modern teaching methods and curriculumStrong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills
