Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
With a focus on delivering exceptional services for Marsh clients operating in India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex accounts. Based in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) Marsh office, your role will involve driving the growth, profitability and client satisfaction by aligning client strategies and needs with Marsh s capabilities and resource.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Marsh clients, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize their risk profile and enhance their risk management strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in pursing new business development opportunities and expanding the range of MMC products and services held by Marsh clients.
As part of the War & Terrorism broking team, you play a key role in facilitating Political Violence policies for Marsh clients in IMEA. With a few years of broking experience, you will continue to grow as an individual contributor, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance from senior team members.

What you need to have:
- Up to 5 years industry experience in (Re)insurance Broking, (Re)insurance Underwriting, Risk Management or Management Consulting
- Prior experience within the insurance marketplace: Property / Casualty / Political Violence / Special Risks.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Higher Education qualifications in Finance, Business, Politics, International Relations.
- CII qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
