Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Innovo Group is seeking an experienced Platform Manager – Oracle to oversee and continuously improve the Oracle platform, including Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and the migration from Oracle EBS. The role ensures the platform is secure, scalable, stable, and aligned with business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Oracle Fusion implementation and oversee migration from Oracle EBS.
  • Manage planning, requirements validation, data migration, testing, cutover, and post–go-live stabilisation.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic Oracle platform roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Shape enhancements, new functionalities, and capability planning with IT product managers.
  • Evaluate new Oracle features and releases to maximise platform value.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of Oracle applications including configuration, patching, upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure & Service Operations on release management and QA.
  • Work with Architecture team to maintain platform documentation and artefacts.
  • Serve as primary contact for Oracle initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8-–10+ years of experience managing Oracle platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle architecture and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing Oracle partners and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong platform ownership and accountability.
  • Deep Oracle platform expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environments and manage multiple priorities

Major requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience with Oracle Applications

• Working in an onsite setting

• 5+ years of work experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
