The role of a Plant Head/Factory Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of a manufacturing facility. This position commands both leadership and technical prowess to oversee production processes and ensure they align with organizational goals. As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for formulating strategies to enhance operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, managing plant resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase production output and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interpersonal and organizational interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights to improve operations.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific regulations, including health and safety standards.
