Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling software to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather project requirements and align schedules with project milestones and deliverables.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions that optimize project timelines.
- Regularly update and communicate project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin: Bumuo, mag-monitor, at mag-update ng project schedules gamit ang Primavera P6 / MS Project. Maghanda ng baseline programs, recovery programs, at progress reports. Makipag-ugnayan sa project managers, engineers, at consultants upang matiyak ang tamang takbo ng proyekto. Tukuyin ang mga pagkaantala, panganib, at magmungkahi ng tamang aksyon. Mag-monitor ng resources, manpower, at materials ayon sa project schedule. Suportahan ang claims, extension of time (EOT), at project control documentation. Kwalipikasyon: Bachelor’s degree sa Civil Engineering o kaugnay na larangan. Minimum na 10 taon na karanasan sa UAE sa larangan ng construction planning.
