Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with strong experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, ensuring alignment with contractual and project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing baseline and tender programmes
  • Resource and cost loading using Primavera P6
  • Schedule updates and progress monitoring
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports/dashboards
  • Identifying delays and proposing corrective actions
  • Creating Recovery and Revised Programs
  • Coordinating with site and technical teams
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 5–8 years (Construction – Buildings & Infrastructure)
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Advanced Excel
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC, AACE, SCL Protocol, and contract fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in delay analysis (advantage)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (advantage)
  • PMP certification (advantage)
