Roles & Responsibilities
- Masterfully craft pizzas from scratch, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes, showcasing your culinary artistry.
- Prepare and portion pizza dough, sauces, and toppings with precision, maintaining optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring they reach the correct temperatures for perfect crusts and even cooking.
- Manage food inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent, highlighting commitment to food safety standards.
- Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced pizza kitchen environment, showcasing industry familiarity.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of pizza-making techniques, showcasing foundational knowledge.
