Responsibilities:
Create high-quality content across multiple formats — blogs, CRM, banners, landing pages, press releases, social copy, and video scripts — to support Tier 1 product launches and major global campaigns.
Work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content clearly explains Binance products, educates users, and drives engagement.
Produce compelling content packages for product updates and cross-BU campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Translate complex crypto and Web3 concepts into simple, engaging narratives for global audiences.
Edit and improve agency or third-party content to meet Binance’s brand voice and quality standards.
Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to optimize existing content for traffic, discoverability, and user experience.
Deliver content on time under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting campaign and product marketing needs.
Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g. page views, CTR, conversions) to measure impact and guide future improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
3-5 years (or more) of experience in content marketing, editorial, or copywriting — ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech.
Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats and channels, with a portfolio demonstrating clarity and impact.
Ability to simplify technical or financial products into user-friendly content.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance metrics.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional global teams.
Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining quality under pressure.
