Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re hiring a skilled PHP Developer with strong business analysis experience to handle the full project lifecycle—gathering requirements, developing solutions, testing, and training users.


  • Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Translate requirements into clear, approved documentation before development begins.
  • Visit operational areas to understand workflows and ensure solutions meet real needs.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain PHP-based systems (both front-end and back-end).
  • Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and prepare systems for deployment.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions for smooth user adoption.
  • Provide regular project updates to management, including risks and milestones.
  • Perform problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging with precision.
  • Work on data mapping, transformation, and system integrations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on PHP development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend).
  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management basics.
  • Experience with Identity Management Layers and Single Sign-On (SSO) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
