Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimize PET bottle production processes, focusing on efficiency and minimizing material waste to drive cost savings.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for PET molding equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational uptime.
- Conduct detailed analyses of PET preform and bottle quality, identifying and resolving defects to maintain product integrity.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for PET bottle design and manufacturing, enhancing product performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PET bottle manufacturing or a related plastics industry.
Hold certifications in relevant areas, such as injection molding or plastics processing (preferred).
Exhibit a strong understanding of PET resin properties, processing parameters, and bottle design principles.
