Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.
- Apply insecticides, rodenticides, and other pest control agents safely and in accordance with local regulations, ensuring the well-being of clients and the environment.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and the importance of regular inspections to maintain a pest-free environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in pest management or a related field is a plus.
- State pest control certification or licensing is mandatory, demonstrating proficiency in safe pesticide application and pest management.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pest control or a related field, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Previous work in residential and commercial pest control environments is preferred, highlighting versatility in handling diverse pest issues.
