We are seeking a highly experienced Pest Control Division Manager with a Municipality License and a valid UAE driving license to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a growing division in a joint venture (JV) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Pest Control Division, ensuring compliance with local regulations, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of pest control technicians to ensure the delivery of top-quality service.
• Oversee the development and implementation of pest control strategies that align with business goals and regulations.
• Ensure all pest control activities are compliant with UAE municipal regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Hold and maintain an active Municipality Pest Control License and a valid UAE driving license.
• Manage division budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and JV partners to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities, clients, and other business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
• Address and resolve any escalated customer concerns or operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pest control, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Municipality Pest Control License is required (valid within the UAE).
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
• Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational plans and achieve business targets.
• Ability to manage budgets, financials, and operational metrics.
• Prior experience working in a joint venture (JV) environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
