Payroll Officer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee payroll records, WPS submissions, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Handle complex payroll calculations, including final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, journals, and reconciliations for the finance department.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from staff and management.
Stay updated on changes in UAE labor law affecting payroll and implement necessary updates.
Supervise and guide the Payroll Assistant.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or in a senior payroll role.
Experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.
Strong background in finance and in-depth knowledge of UAE payroll regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in payroll software and advanced MS Excel.
