Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft exquisite cakes and pastries, ensuring each creation is a masterpiece of flavor and visual appeal.
- Master advanced cake decorating techniques, including sculpting, airbrushing, and sugar artistry, to produce stunning designs.
- Develop and execute innovative pastry and cake menus, aligning with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
- Supervise and train pastry staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistent quality.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert offerings, ensuring seamless service and presentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, specializing in Pastry and Baking.
