Outlet Supervisor RAFFLES

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlet while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently, providing friendly and engaging service
• Implement and enforce outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
• Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and motivation
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficient knowledge of bar operations and food and beverage industry standards
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) and MS Office applications
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
