Roles & Responsibilities
Arabic Speaker • Fluent English • Proven Sales Record • Own Car REQUIRED We are looking for a high-performing Outdoor Sales Professional to represent our solid furniture brand across the UAE. The ideal candidate must be confident, target-driven, and able to deliver results under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Arabic speaker with fluent English Own car is a MUST (valid UAE driving licence) Proven outdoor sales experience with strong closing skills Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong client-relationship skills and follow-up discipline Professional appearance and sales etiquette Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at once Strong understanding of UAE market, especially Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Role Responsibilities: Represent and promote our solid furniture brand to clients Conduct outdoor visits, meet potential customers, and close deals Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Build, maintain, and grow client accounts Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and performance Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy Skills Represent and promote our solid furniture brand to clients Conduct outdoor visits, meet potential customers, and close deals Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Build, maintain, and grow client accounts Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and performance Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy
