Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
- Work with HR teams to gather requirements and optimize HR processes.
- Handle data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
- Provide user training and ongoing functional support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Oracle best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
- Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle certification is a plus.
