Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Work with HR teams to gather requirements and optimize HR processes.
  • Handle data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
  • Provide user training and ongoing functional support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Oracle best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
  • Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oracle certification is a plus.
