Job Description: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, EPM) and related PaaS applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and system health monitoring.

Collaborate closely with Bank's internal team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables, while facilitating smooth knowledge transfer.

Maintain and support integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, DBCS, third-party systems) and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Manage quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, change requests, and enhancements, including UAT coordination, documentation, and compliance with governance processes.

Support critical business processes such as payroll, financial closing cycles, and audit or compliance activities.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and adoption of new Oracle Fusion features to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant who will provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, EPM) and related PaaS applications implemented at Bank. The consultant will ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of issues, effective management, and alignment with business and compliance requirements.

The goal is to integrate the resource provided by the vendor into Bank's enterprisebr>applications team to:

  • Ensure smooth business operations across Fusion applications.
  • Work with Oracle and the support partner for efficient and timely delivery.
  • Manage changes and enhancements effectively with minimal risk.
  • Maintain compliance with audit, access control, ops risk and security requirements.
  • Provide specialized expertise to support critical processes such as payroll and financial closing.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, optimization, and adoption of new Oracle Fusion features.
