Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Develop and customize solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and Workflow.
  • Work on data migration and integration between Oracle EBS and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc. as applicable).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve technical issues during implementations.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and performance tuning.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle development standards and best practices.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OAF.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and supporting RICE components.
  • Good understanding of at least two or more EBS modules (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Projects, etc.).
  • Experience in data migration (conversions) and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with AOL (Application Object Library) and concurrent program development.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 (12.2.x preferred).
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion exposure is a plus.
  • Oracle certifications in EBS technical track.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
