About The Role

The Operations Manager, Projects & Administration, Aquaventure World, is responsible for managing both operational and capital projects across Aquaventure World. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the desired quality standards.The Operations Manager ensures strong communication and alignment between all departments within the division and outside, drives structured project execution and maintains the aesthetic and operational standards of the park through proactive inspections, documentation, and follow-up.Key responsibilities include submitting project proposals, defining deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing and executing effective project communication plans, and monitoring progress. The role also involves leading, coordinating, and supporting teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives and providing regular updates to management on project status and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organizational, and progress oversight skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• High school diploma or general education diploma.
• Knowledge of marine facilities or waterpark s is advantageous
• Professional project management certifications such as PMI, PMP, Prince, etc. are advantageous
• Business management qualifications advantageous
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Budgeting or financial planning experience is advantageous
