Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role for at least five years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in operational and financial management tools and software.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable business solutions.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.
