Operations Manager - Deep Foundation Piling & Shoring Geoharbour Middle East

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee field execution, planning, and project delivery for deep foundation and shoring works. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Project & Field Leadership

Lead execution of deep foundation systems including diaphragm walls, contiguous/secant piles, CFA, sheet piling, soldier/timber/steel piles, micropiles, anchors, and marine piling.

Manage site logistics, workforce deployment, and subcontractor coordination.

Ensure implementation of approved designs, method statements, and technical specifications.

Technical Oversight

Provide input during pre-construction and design coordination stages.

Oversee QA/QC compliance, material selection, and equipment planning.

Troubleshoot engineering issues and optimize methodologies to suit project constraints.

HSE & Quality Compliance

Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on all active sites.

Ensure full compliance with ITPs, NCRs, and other quality assurance procedures.

Conduct regular audits and resolve non-conformance issues promptly.

Financial & Commercial Management

Control project budgets, monitor cost-to-completion, and approve resource allocations.

Participate in tender reviews, bid proposals, and contract negotiations.

Manage variations, change orders, and financial reporting with relevant departments.

Team Management

Supervise project engineers, site supervisors, HSE and QA/QC teams.

Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.

Promote continuous improvement and drive team performance.
