Operations Mall & Retail Management Manager

• Role - Duty Manager- Mall Management
• Type - Outsourced
• Salary - 10000-12000 AED
• Contract - 6 Months Extendable

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Management

• Handle tenant inquiries and maintain strong relationships to support retention
• Ensure tenant compliance with contracts and mall policies
• Manage work permits, staff ID records, and operational hours
• Oversee termination processes and maintain documentation (licenses, insurance, AMC)
• Conduct regular site inspections and act as Duty Manager during assigned shifts

Facilities & Parking

• Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and parking operations
• Monitor utility consumption and conduct audits on service performance
• Ensure parking staff readiness and manage allocation records
• Conduct inspections and enforce grooming and presentation standards

Financial & Operational Support

• Track rental collections, turnover rent, and utility invoicing
• Review financial reports and support budget forecasting
• Coordinate with finance on arrears, penalties, and fit-out delays
• Recommend process improvements and support policy updates

Administrative & Compliance

• Maintain compliance documents (HSE, risk registers, insurance)
• Address mystery shopper feedback and case management issues
• Support inter-departmental coordination (marketing, leasing, finance)
• Ensure documentation of mall processes and achievement of KPIs

Project Management & Reporting

• Oversee tenant fit-out projects and ensure timely openings
• Support enhancement initiatives and other assigned projects
• Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management
