Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about salon services, prices, packages, promotions, and offers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and update the booking system accurately.
  • Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments and service delivery.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers for confirmations, reminders, and post-service feedback.
  • Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks related to customer service.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience that reflects the brand standards of Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or operations (experience in beauty/wellness industry is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and booking/CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
