Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record daily transactions and maintain accounts in Zoho Books.

  • Assist in stock and inventory updates.

  • Handle VAT entries, calculations, and compliance support.

  • Maintain import/export bills of entry and related documents.

  • Support day-to-day operations of the trading & shipping company.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

  • Prepare simple reports for management when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.

  • Familiar with Zoho Books (or willing to learn quickly).

  • Understanding of import/export and trading operations is an advantage.

  • Able to maintain stock and VAT records. Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Education: High school or diploma is sufficient (accounting/computer course is a plus).
