About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible female professional to join our team as an Administrative & Operations Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating operations, supporting client communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary link between clients and field teams to coordinate and ensure timely task completion. Manage data entry and update internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients in a professional and friendly manner. Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking operations-related assignments. Support general office administration including file management, phone handling, and coordination tasks. Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to improve workflows. Stay flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing startup environment. Who You Are Female candidate only (required). Fluent in Hindi — a must for communicating effectively with clients and field staff. Patient, composed, and professional in handling multi-party communication. Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes. Energetic and eager to contribute beyond basic tasks — someone who sees this role as a launchpad. Detail-oriented and dependable — you take ownership and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in administration, operations, or coordination is a plus. Proficient with basic digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel, email, mobile apps). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
