Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title : OPERATIONAL SUPPORT OFFICER
Department : OPERATIONAL SUPPORT & DELIVERY SERVICES
Purpose & Scope
To act as a point of contact for all employees, by providing them transportation,
administrative support & managing their queries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules and routes for the regular pick-up and drop-
off of staff, ensuring drivers are aware of their responsibilities.
Plan and direct transportation for daily material collection requests and
other trips to local and remote destinations.
Prepare and process petty cash for transportation-related expenses.
Review traffic accounts daily/weekly, follow up, and facilitate the payment
of traffic fines.
Register new vehicles and monitor all accounts for Salik top-ups on a weekly
basis.
Manage monthly fuel records, including the addition and deletion of vehicles,
consumption review, payment summary, and coordination of disputes in the
ADNOC wallet.
Coordinate insurance, registration, tracking, and renewal of vehicles.
Prepare vehicle repair requests, review/approve quotations from Motopro,
and coordinate periodic service and repair of normal breakdowns.
Follow up on the repair of vehicles involved in road accidents.
Receive and process Moto Pro invoices for LPO and payable accounts.
Prepare vehicle handover/takeover reports and handle disputes.
Monitor, track, and analyze all company and rental vehicles through the GPS
system.
Administer and coordinate the car tracking system, troubleshoot, and
provide updates as required.
Prepare trip tickets for drivers and verify trip tickets for administrative staff.
Prepare monthly timesheets for EIFM drivers, verify timesheets, and review
invoices for rental vehicles.
Employees may be deployed to any emirate and assigned to different
departments based on operational requirements.
Minimum Requirement - (Education & Experience)
Diploma / Bachelors Preferred
Required up to 4 years of experience in related field
