Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office logistics, including mail distribution and office supplies inventory, to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place for a productive environment.
  • Support administrative staff by handling errands and tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry to enhance office efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchens and break rooms, to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies, ensuring that all services are timely and efficient.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing workstations and necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors warmly, acting as the first point of contact for the organization.
  • Manage and organize office documents and files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an office support role, showcasing a strong understanding of office dynamics.
  • Nationality Preference: Open to all, but familiarity with local customs and culture is an advantage.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
