Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service / Office Administration
Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as processing invoices, preparing payments, and tracking financial transactions.
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to support informed decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
Proficient in accounting software, such as Zoho books, QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring the ability to manage financial records effectively.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
