Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and manage the coffee station supplies.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing, to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and helpful first impression.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and kitchen areas, including washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and visitors.
  • Professional and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in any other languages is a plus.
