Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and manage the coffee station supplies.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing, to ensure smooth office operations.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and helpful first impression.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and kitchen areas, including washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and visitors.
- Professional and presentable appearance at all times.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in any other languages is a plus.
